1. Partnership Structure
- Trucking Partnership: The Partner purchases trucks, and Ame-Tech Construction manages the trucks, providing regular returns to the Partner.
- Dredging Partnership: The Partner purchase a dredging equipment and the operations is managed by Ame-Tech Construction, with returns based on project performance.
- Real Estate Partnership: The Partner consults with Ame-Tech Construction for area selection and location guidance, then purchase the partnership plan in real estate projects.
2. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: The Partner must be at least 18 years old and above.
- Financial Capacity: The Partner must demonstrate financial capacity to be eligible to be in the partnership venture.
3. Partnership Requirements
- Minimum Requirement: The Partner must meet the minimum partnership requirement for each partnership venture.
- Payment Terms: The Partner must make timely payments as outlined in the partnership agreement.
4. Management and Operations
- Company Management: Ame-Tech Construction manages the partnership ventures, including truck operations, dredging projects, and real estate development.
- Partner Involvement: The Partner may not be involved in the day-to-day management of the partnership ventures.
5. Returns
- Return on partnership: The Partner receives returns on their business based on the performance of the partnership venture.
- Mutualization: The success of the business is shared according to the terms outlined in the partnership agreement.
6. Termination
- Notice Period: The partnership agreement can be terminated by either party with at least a 3 months written notice, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
- Settlement: Upon termination, the Partner receives their share of assets or profits according to the partnership agreement.
7. Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: The Partner must keep confidential all information related to the partnership venture.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the Company and the Customer. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may seek legal remedies available under the jurisdiction.
By partnering with Ame-Tech Construction, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.
