1. Introduction
These terms outline the partnership agreement between Ame-Tech Construction (the “Company”) and the business partner (the “Partner”) for participation in the Company’s partnership business ventures in trucking, dredging, and real estate.
2. Trucking Partnership
- Truck Ownership: The Partner purchases trucks and the Company manages the trucks on behalf of the Partner.
- Returns: The Company provides weekly returns to the Partner based on agreement and the performance of the trucks.
- Management: The Company is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and logistics of the trucks.
- Duration: The partnership agreement is valid for a specified period, after which it can be renewed or terminated.
3. Dredging Partnership
- Dredging Operations: The Partner purchase the dredging equipment and the operations is managed by the Company.
- Returns: The Company provides weekly returns to the Partner based on agreement and the performance of the dredging operations.
- Management: The Company is responsible for the management and operation of the dredging equipment.
- Duration: The partnership agreement is valid for a specified period, after which it can be renewed or terminated.
4. Real Estate Partnership
- Consultation: The Partner consults with the Company for guidance on area selection and location for real estate business.
- Business Model: The Partner purchase a real estate partnership plan based on the Company’s recommendations.
- Returns: The Partner receives returns on their business based on the performance of the real estate project.
- Duration: The partnership agreement is valid for a specified period, after which it can be renewed or terminated.
5. Obligations
- Company Obligations: The Company is responsible for managing the partnership ventures, providing regular returns, and maintaining transparency in its operations.
- Partner Obligations: The Partner is responsible for making the commodity / asset available and hand it over to the company and provide all necessary documents, and cooperating with the Company in the management of the commodity / asset.
6. Termination
The partnership agreement can be terminated by either party with at least a 3 months written notice, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
7. Governing Law
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the Company and the Customer. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may seek legal remedies available under the jurisdiction.
